Today is our first pep rally of the year! Returning 6th graders and staff wear your House shirts or colors. New students (both 5th and 6th) can wear our school colors, blue and white. The House that is best represented will be awarded 100 house points! #6Houses1School #3RsBIS

5th grade students are reading about extinct animals and researching whether or not extinct animals should be reintroduced into the world. The overall vote has been, it depends on the animal!

GOTR wrote “I Am” poems and shared with new friends…we then took it outside for our first official run and our spirit tunnel to bring it all home! #3RsBIS

We have been working to build community at BIS. Today during PLCs, our staff engaged in 1-2-3, Clap-Snap-Stomp to connect with one another and build community. #3RsBIS

At BIS, we are celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month. Get to know Rita Moreno , the first Hispanic woman to win an Academy Award. She is also one of a handful to win the prestigious PEGOT. #3RsBIS
