We saw active learning in science and WIN on Friday with students acting out what happens when two air masses meet and practicing spelling in shaving cream. #3RsBIS







We started our morning by giving our bus contractors a sweet treat! We thank them this School Bus Safety Week and always for transporting our Jr. Seahawks safely! #3RsBIS




Mrs Wallace's multilingual learners completed an on-demand speaking task about pumpkins and students utilize a language scaffold; "Expanding Expression Tool" or EET, to expand and improve their oral fluency in English. For many students, this was their first time carving into a pumpkin and seeing what is inside! They loved investigating and identifying new vocabulary words to help improve their descriptions in English. #3RsBIS
