Good Evening!
There will be an early dismissal tomorrow, 2/11, at 12:15 PM due to the impending inclement weather. All after school activities are cancelled for tomorrow.
Thank you!

IMPORTANT: Due to impending inclement weather, WCPS will close three hours early on Tuesday, February 11, 2025. Buses will operate accordingly. All afterschool, evening, and adult education classes are also cancelled. Please note that WTHS AM classes will continue as scheduled.

Good Afternoon!
Staff, please remember to take your devices home in the event of a school closure which would result in a virtual learning day. Check your email for the virtual schedule as I am sharing it again. Feel free to see me with questions.
Thanks,
Melissa

Please join us tonight for a human trafficking awareness event entitled, "Not On Our Watch", beginning at 5:00 PM in our cafeteria. We hope to see many members of our community for this informative session presented by the Life Crisis Center.

WCPS families, last week the Dept. of Homeland Security issued a directive allowing immigration enforcement actions to occur in sensitive areas, including schools and bus stops. Please visit our website https://www.worcesterk12.org/page/immigration-supports for how we are supporting our students and their families.

Reminder: The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. Learn more about our safety protocols by visiting https://www.worcesterk12.org/page/school-safety-protocols. #WeAreWorcester #SafetyMatters

The Hold we implemented has been lifted, and our school day has returned to normal. The medical emergency involving a student was handled effectively, and we are grateful for the cooperation of our school community. The safety of our school community remains a priority. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

During the hold, students are not permitted to leave the classroom nor should teachers be walking around the building. When on a hold, staff and students stay where they are when the hold is called. Do not call to ask if students can use the bathroom or when the hold will be over.

Good Afternoon! We are currently on a Hold due to a medical emergency involving a student. We want to reassure you that there is no threat to the safety of our students or staff. Thank you.

WCPS Families, weigh in now on the different options for the 2025-2026 WCPS calendar. The feedback gathered will be shared both with school system leadership and the Board of Education. Take the survey before it closes on February 7, at https://tejoin.com/scroll/748536466.
