WCPS Families, to stem any confusion, please be aware that school is in session tomorrow, April 23.
In August 2023, the Board of Education adopted a calendar revision moving the Countywide PD Day from April 23, to May 14, to align with the Presidential Primary election date. As this change occurred prior to the start of the school year, all of our countywide calendars have accurately reflected this information since that time.

📣Our two first 1,000 step readers are Kindergarten students!! Wow!! Great job, Quinn and Riley!! We are SO proud of you!!!🤩🤩

On Friday, we celebrated our Quarter 3 incentive with students who are showing "The Eagle Way" and who have excellent attendance. During the first grade incentive, one of our friends lost her tooth on the playground and was super upset! Third grade recess students, who were on the playground afterwards, offered to help her find it instead of playing. They actually found her missing tooth!!! What an amazing way to show the Eagle Way!!♥️🦅 Our SHES Eagles are the best!!!!
